1 Scope
This technical note sets out the technical requirements for establishing a Directory Service for Geographic Information, including a Directory Services Model and a Directory Services Interface
definition.
This Guidance Document is applicable to the discovery and management of geographic information metadata and the design and implementation of a geographic information cataloging system
set up.
