1 Scope
This Guidance Document covers the operating conditions, technical requirements, and testing of gapless metal oxide surge arresters for 1000kV AC systems
Test procedures, test equipment, test (type, routine, acceptance, regular, sampling) and packaging and transportation and so on.
This Guidance Document is applicable to the porcelain caseless gap metal oxide lightning protection designed to limit the overvoltage of 1000kV AC system
