1 Scope

This document provides design and operation personnel of nuclear power plant safety systems and relevant management departments for the reliability and safety of nuclear power plant safety systems. 3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 availability availability Under the premise of obtaining the required external resources, an item or system executes its specifications at a given moment or within a given period of time under specified conditions Ability to define functions.
