Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents"
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 8545-2012 "Dimensional deviations and machining allowances of aluminum and aluminum alloy die forgings" and is consistent with GB/T 8545-2012
Compared with the previous version, in addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) Added product classification (see Chapter 4);
b) Changed the dimensional deviation requirements for die forgings, added chemical composition, tensile mechanical properties, Brinell hardness, compression properties, impact toughness,
Fatigue performance, fracture toughness, conductivity uniformity, stress corrosion resistance, matching relationship between conductivity and mechanical properties, peeling resistance
Technical requirements such as corrosion resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance, ultrasonic flaw detection acceptance level, macrostructure, microstructure, appearance quality, etc.
See Chapter 5, Chapters 2 and 3 of the.2012 edition;
c) Added test methods (see Chapter 6);
d) Added inspection rules (see Chapter 7);
e) Added requirements for marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certification (see Chapter 8);
f) Added order (or contract) content (see Chapter 9).
