This document specifies the site selection, field layout, isolation facility configuration, disinfection facility configuration, actual
Laboratory configuration, environmental management facilities and equipment configuration, etc.
This document applies to the configuration of facilities and equipment for influenza prevention and control in large-scale poultry farms.

3 Terms and Definitions

4 Site selection for poultry farms
4.1 The dominant wind direction of the poultry farm is clear, and low-lying areas should be avoided. The water body for carrying birds in a waterfowl farm with water surface should be an independent water source.
4.2 The habitats on the main migration routes of migratory birds should be avoided.
4.3 Not less than 1000m away from drinking water sources, scenic spots, core areas and buffer zones of nature reserves;
The population concentration area such as chemical education and scientific research shall not be less than 500m, and it shall be located in the downwind or crosswind direction of the population concentration area;
It should be more than 500m from the main traffic line; more than 500m from other existing poultry farms, from animal hospitals, isolation, slaughtering and processing places, live poultry
More than 1000m in the trading market and the harmless treatment of dead livestock and poultry.
4.4 The air environment quality in the field area should meet the requirements of HJ568.
4.5 The source of drinking water should be sufficient.
5 field layout
5.1 The production area, living management area, auxiliary production area and manure treatment area should be clearly defined.
5.2 The production area should be laid out in accordance with the production process requirements of the whole field or the whole building.
5.3 The poultry house should be arranged in a single row, its long axis is parallel to the dominant wind direction or the included angle is less than 30°, and the clearway should be arranged upwind according to the dominant wind direction.
The slops are arranged in the downwind direction.
5.4 Special tank trucks should be used to load feed in the field area, and the feed tower should be built near the entrance of the field area, or a separate feeding channel should be set up.
