3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1 consumer experience
consumers’ feelings and perceptions when using the product
3.2 characteristic of visual perception
product quality information characteristics perceived by human visual system
3.3 characteristic of tactile perception
product quality information characteristics perceived by human tactile system
5.4 Determination of seam performance of bag cloth. Cut 2 specimens from
each sample (take the bottom seam of the pocket, if there is no bottom seam,
take the side seam). The length of the specimen shall be parallel to the warp or
weft (longitudinal or horizontal) direction of the bag cloth as much as possible.
For woven bags, perform according to the method described in GB/T 13773.1.
For knitted pockets, perform method B described in FZ/T 01031-2016. Stop the
test when the tensile force reaches 150N. Observe the condition of the
specimen. During the test, if the specimen has seam breakage, fabric breakage,
stop the test.
5.5 The specimen preparation of the yarn slippage at the seam of the bag cloth
is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 13773.1. Cut 2 specimens from
each sample (take the bottom seam of the pocket; if there is no bottom seam,
take the side seam). The length of the specimen shall be parallel to the warp or
weft direction of the bag cloth as much as possible. The determination
procedure of yarn slippage at the seam of bag cloth shall be implemented
according to GB/T 13772.2. The constant load value is 120N. Take the average
of the two specimens as the test result.
5.6 The bursting strength of the sock head shall be determined according to the
method described in GB/T 19976. The steel ball diameter adopts (25±0.02) mm.
Cut out about 60mm of the toe of the sock from the sample as a specimen.
Clamp it in the ring holder. Ensure that the toe is tension-free and in the center
of the ring holder.
5.7 Determination of staining degree of lotion. Carry out sample preparation
and washing according to method A1S described in GB/T 12490-2014. The
detergent adopts ECE phosphorous detergent. After washing, pour the filtered
lotion and the lotion of the unwashed specimen into a 25mm diameter
colorimetric tube. Under natural light conditions, place the colorimetric tube in
front of white paper that does not contain optical brightener. Evaluate the
staining of the lotion according to GB/T 251 within 10min when the lotion is
poured into the colorimetric tube.
5.8 The determination of light yellowing resistance is carried out according to
the method described in GB/T 30669. Irradiation time is 6h.
5.9 Hand touch method is used to determine the shedding of glitter. Two people
shall test independently. Place the sample flat on the inspection table. At (80±5)
cm above the table, there is a white light lamp or normal northern light with an
illuminance not less than 600lx. Right forearm falls on the table. The test sample
is fixed in front of the right wrist. Use a clean and dry right index finger to press
naturally on the shiny pink print area of the sample. Rotate the wrist naturally.
Rub the pad of the index finger across the length and width of the product 3
times. The distance of each horizontal rubbing is (5±1) cm. Then at a visual
distance of about 30cm, check if there is any visible glitter on the finger. Record
in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 6529.
A.4 Specimen preparation
Cut two representative specimens from the sample. One set is the warp (or
vertical) specimens. The other set is the zonal (or transverse) specimens. Each
set of specimens is 3 pieces. The specimen size is not less than
420mm×130mm.
A.5 Test steps
A.5.1 Perform humidity control and balance in the standard atmosphere
specified in A.3. Generally, adjust the humidity for at least 4h.
A.5.2 Set the number of reciprocating friction of the lint tester to 10.
Reciprocating speed is 30 times/min.
A.5.3 Spread the suede surface (or rough surface) of the specimen upwards
on the sandpaper (see A.2.5) of the specimen table. Fix the specimen with the
holder. Remove the floating hair on the surface of the specimen that may affect
the test results.
A.5.4 Use grade three water (see A.2.6) to soak the abrasive (see A.2.3). Use
a rolling device to adjust the moisture content of the wet abrasive to (100±5)%.
A.5.5 Place the wet abrasive on the foam pad (see A.2.4). Put them into the
fixed clamp ring of the friction head together. Then tighten it with the bottom
plate of the friction head fixture.
A.5.6 Place the friction head with wet abrasive on the specimen. Insert the load
shaft. Install a load weight on the upper end of the load shaft.
A.5.7 Start the lint tester to run to the specified number of times and stop.
A.5.8 Carefully remove wet abrasive. Prevent the adhered fibers from falling off
on the wet abrasive. Rate wet abrasives according to A.6.
A.5.9 Follow the steps in A.5.3~A.5.8 to complete the test of the remaining
specimens.
A.6 Rating
A.6.1 When rating, the position of the light source and the abrasive plane shall
be kept at 5°~15°. Observation direction is maintained with abrasive plane at
(90±10)°. The distance between the eyes and the abrasive for normal vision
correction shall be 30cm~50cm, as shown in Figure A.3.
