1 Scope

This standard specifies the overall framework of the traffic data broadcasting communication system, communication network technical requirements, and frequency modulation synchronization technology related to the transportation industry Requirements, communication security technical requirements and technical requirements of the computer room. 3 Terms and definitions

5 Overall framework

5.1 Overall framework of traffic data broadcasting and communication technology Figure 1 shows the overall framework diagram of traffic data broadcasting (hereinafter referred to as traffic broadcasting) communication technology. Independent base stations are suitable for plain areas, and combined base stations are suitable for mountainous areas and tunnels. 5.5.2 Communication requirements The communication of the traffic broadcasting base station shall meet the following requirements. a) It has at least two independent transmission routes for receiving to ensure reliable signal reception; b) Base station management information transmission adopts IP network, including Ethernet, wireless network, etc., and the bandwidth is not less than 10M; c) Combined base station program stream transmission adopts optical fiber link transmission, and reserve optical fiber for backup. Combined base station management information can use highway Communication network or public network transmission; d) The layout of the poles of the traffic broadcasting base station shall be implemented in accordance with the regulations of GY5062. 5.5.3 Device interface The equipment interface of the traffic broadcasting base station shall meet the following requirements. a) The base station management information acquisition unit provides RS232 interface, RS485 interface, and 10/100M Ethernet interface. 6 Technical requirements for communication network

6.1 General requirements The communication network technology should meet the following general requirements. a) The ground communication link satisfies the transmission requirements of program stream, text data, broadcast control instructions, base station management information and traffic information. The link realizes program flow and control command transmission; b) The network transmission system provides uninterrupted services 7×24h to ensure the normal operation of the network, and the information security level protection should meet The relevant regulations of GB/T 22240. 6.2 Communication network of the national-level traffic broadcasting platform and the provincial-level traffic broadcasting platform The communication network of the national-level traffic broadcasting platform and the provincial-level traffic broadcasting platform shall meet the following requirements. a) The national-level traffic broadcasting platform distributes program streams and data streams to the provincial-level traffic broadcasting platform; b) The traffic broadcasting provincial platform uploads traffic information, base station management information and other data streams to the traffic broadcasting national platform; c) Priority is given to road communication network transmission between the national-level platform and the provincial-level traffic broadcasting platform, and the road communication network does not have the conditions In this case, public network transmission can be used. 6.3 Provincial-level traffic broadcasting platform and traffic broadcasting base station communication network The provincial traffic broadcasting platform and the traffic broadcasting base station shall meet the following requirements. a) The communication network realizes reliable transmission of data streams and program streams; b) The highway communication network is preferentially used between the traffic broadcasting provincial platform and the traffic broadcasting base station, and the road communication network does not have the conditions. 7 Technical requirements for FM synchronization

8 Communication security technical requirements

Communication security should meet the following requirements. a) The safety of the traffic broadcasting and communication system meets the requirements of GB/T 22239 safety grade protection regulations; b) A trusted interconnection mechanism is established between systems of different security levels, and the establishment of the interconnection mechanism is based on the security of higher-level systems or security domains. Full protection requires the setting of access control policies and other security policies, and does not cause security vulnerabilities due to differences in protection between high-level systems and low-level systems; c) The use and management of passwords involved in security protection shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations and standards of the National Commercial Password Management Regulations; d) Perform credible authentication and verification between systems, establish secure channels, and safeguard the legality and authenticity of the identities of all parties; e) Implement data transmission protection and security protection to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of program data, traffic data, monitoring data and instruction data transmission; f) The security protection system has audit and traceability functions, and the system itself can resist illegal attacks; g) The maximum concurrency and transmission bandwidth of the security protection system center meet the requirements of all base stations in the area to work normally at the same time, The time delay caused by security protection should not affect the broadcast effect of FM synchronous broadcast.

9 Technical requirements for the computer room

9.1 Computer room environment The computer room environment should meet the following requirements. a) The temperature, humidity, dustproof, electrostatic protection, grounding, wiring and external environment of the computer room meet the relevant regulations of GYJ34 and GY5062.
