1 Scope
This part of GB/T 30428 stipulates the classification basis and working time of case registration, handling and closing of digital city management information system

This section applies to the filing, handling, and closing of digital city management information systems. Other city management applications can be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 30428 and the following apply to this document.
3.1
Responsible body
A legal or natural person who bears responsibility for inspection, maintenance, management, and law enforcement of management components and incidents in accordance with laws and regulations.
3.2
Case register
The acceptor establishes a case on the received qualified city management issues and initiates the business process of the digital city management information system
activity.
3.3
Dispatch
The dispatcher assigns the case filed to the activity of the corresponding responsible subject according to the division of responsibilities.
3.4
Treatment
After receiving the filed case, the responsible subject will handle the case according to the relevant requirements.
3.5
Feedback
After the responsible subject completes the handling of the case, it will dispose of the activities in response to the completion result.
3.6
Verification
The supervisor conducts on-site inspection activities after the responsible subject feeds back the disposal results.

Case closed
After the case is handled, after verification, the acceptor confirms that it meets the relevant conditions, and ends the case in the digital city management information system.
