1 Scope

This standard specifies the data transfer application framework and data structures of urban real-time traffic information service. This standard applies to traffic information centers and application terminal.

3 Terms

The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Road roadsection Connecting two adjacent road junctions.
