This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB/T 2677.2-1993 "paper-making raw material moisture determination."
This standard compared with GB/T 2677.2-1993, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Increased define test principle and constant weight;
--- Expanded sample size ranges;
--- Increase the drying time of large sample volume of the sample;
--- Survey margin of error between two measurements.

Determination of paper material moisture
1 Scope
This standard specifies the method for determination of papermaking material moisture.
This standard applies to all kinds of paper-making raw material analysis measurement sample of water used.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1
Water moisturecontent
Prescribed method of sample before drying to constant weight by reducing the quality and drying weighed mass ratio, usually expressed as a percentage.
3.2
Constant weight constantweight
Drying the sample at a predetermined temperature, until two consecutive weighing, the poor quality of the sample before drying does not exceed 0.1% of the sample mass
