Ships and marine technology - Heading transmitting device (THDs)
Part 2. Geomagnetic principles
1 Scope
This section GB/T 24955 specifies the "1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea," in line with the amended (SOLAS Convention) Section Ⅴ
Zhang requirements, using the principle of sending geomagnetic heading structure, performance and test information on the device.
Heading transmitting device (THD) is to provide a true ship heading information electronic devices.
In addition to compliance with the relevant standards IEC 60945 and IMOA.694 (17) provisions of the resolution of the general requirements and sensor components used outside,
THD equipment shall meet the following minimum requirements.
If applied to the sensor means IMO performance standards not specified geographical area of \u200b\u200boperations, the THD operating range.
a) The minimum rotation speed of 20 °/s;
b) at least 70 ° N ~ 70 ° S.
Comply with the requirements of SOLAS regulation Ⅴ chapter heading for transmitting information THD shall comply with the provisions of this section.
In addition, THD should be consistent with "international HSC Code" (HSC Code) with the requirements of Chapter 13 applies to provide heading information
Dynamic requirements apparatus.
Note 1. The heading information can be used to detect and transmit a variety of techniques. We will bow to detect and transmit respectively standardization is unreasonable. Thus, each of the series of standards
Section corresponding to different technologies, this section applies only to the geomagnetic techniques, other techniques corresponding to the other parts of this standard.
Note 2. In this section where citations IMOMSC.116 (73) resolutions were printed in italics.
Standard magnetic compass sensor can take this as a principle part of the geomagnetic sensor components. Furthermore, according to IMO MSC.116 (73) Resolution
Requirements, THD should meet the dynamic requirements of the HSC Code. However, when THD not only for high-speed boat, the rotation speed limit available 6 °/s Generation
For the 20 °/s.
