Summary This standard specifies the " 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, " in line with the amended (SOLAS Convention) Chapter V requirements, the use of global navigation satellite system (GNSS) heading principle as sending device information structure, performance and testing. Heading to the transmitting device (THD) is to provide information on the ship really heading electronic equipment. In addition to the general requirements of the relevant standards and compliance with IEC60945 IMO A. 694 (17) and the sensor resolution required the use of external components, THD equipment shall meet the following minimum requirements. If the IMO performance standards applicable to the sensor component is not specified geographical area of operations, the THD scope of work are: a) the maximum rotation speed of 20 /s, and b) at least 70 N ~ 70 S. Comply with the requirements of SOLAS Chapter V THD heading for the transmission of information shall comply with the provisions of this section. In addition, THD should be consistent with " international high-speed craft safety rules " (HSC rules) with the requirements of Chapter 13 of the bow dynamic requirements applicable to the provision of information to the device.

1 Scope

This section GB/T 24955 specifies the "1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea," in line with the amended (SOLAS Convention) Article V Zhang requirements, the use of Global Navigation Satellite Systems (GNSS) principle as the transmission of information heading device structure, performance and testing. Heading transmitting device (THD) is to provide a true ship heading information electronic devices. In addition to compliance with the relevant standards IEC 60945 and IMOA.694 (17) provisions of the resolution of the general requirements and sensor components used outside, THD equipment shall meet the following minimum requirements. If applied to the sensor means IMO performance standards not specified geographical area of \u200b\u200boperations, the THD operating range. a) The maximum rotational speed of 20 °/s; and b) at least 70 ° N ~ 70 ° S. Comply with the requirements of SOLAS Chapter V heading THD for transmitting information shall comply with the provisions of this section. In addition, THD should be consistent with "international HSC Code" (HSC Code) with the requirements of Chapter 13 applies to provide heading information Dynamic requirements apparatus. Note 1. The heading information can be used to detect and transmit a variety of techniques. We will bow to detect and transmit respectively standardization is unreasonable. Thus, the series of standards ministries Points corresponding to different technologies, this section applies only to GNSS technology and other techniques corresponding to the other parts of this standard. Note 2. In this section where citations IMOMSC.116 (73) resolutions were printed in italics.
