This document replaces GB/T 23963-2009 "Diethylamine for Industrial Use". Compared with GB/T 23963-2009, except for structural adjustment and editing
In addition to sexual changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Deleted the qualified product indicator and canceled the product grade (see Table 1 of the.2009 version);
---"Diethylamine" was changed from "≥99.5%" (excellent product) to "≥99.7%" (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2009 version);
---Changed the determination method of moisture (see 5.3, 4.5 of the.2009 edition);
---The "Safety" part has been adjusted to an informative appendix (see Appendix A, Chapter 7 of the.2009 edition).

1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of industrial diethylamine.
This document applies to industrial diethylamine produced by catalytic ammoniation using ethanol as raw material in the presence of hydrogen.
