Foreword
This standard replaces GB/T 15782-1995 "intensively managed plantation timber base overall design regulations."
This standard compared with GB/T 15782-1995, the main changes are as follows.
--- Standard name changed to "Afforestation overall design regulations," the overall design object "intensive farming afforestation timber base" to "create
Forest ", expanding the scope of the standard;
--- General added Afforestation overall design to be prepared within the framework of the national key forestry construction plan and related documents

1 Scope
This standard specifies the overall design of the preparation of afforestation tasks, according to the depth, contents, methods and requirements and programming.
This standard applies to the overall design of the National Afforestation key forestry projects. Other afforestation projects can be implemented by reference.

3 General
