This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
This standard replaces GB 201-2000 "aluminate cement." Compared with the GB 201-2000, the main changes are as follows.
--- Standard mandatory nature of the modifications are recommended;
--- Added "aluminate cement clinker" is defined (see 3.1);
--- Increased CA50 cement, "according to the intensity of the species into CA50-Ⅰ, CA50-Ⅱ, CA50-Ⅲ and CA50-Ⅳ" provisions, and
Increased age strength index (see Chapter 4 and 6.2.3);
--- Increased CA60 cement, "according to the main mineral composition of the species is divided into CA60-Ⅰ (with a calcium aluminate-based) and CA60-Ⅱ (with
Di-calcium aluminum-based); "requirement, and to increase the CA60-Ⅰ cement setting time and age strength index (see Chapter 4, 6.2.2
And 6.2.3);
--- Adds "α-Al2O3 powder" requirements (see Chapter 5);
SiO2 content --- CA50 by "≤8.0" changed to "≤9.0", Fe2O3 content from the "≤2.5" changed to "≤3.0", by the alkali content
