Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1.Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting is required. This document replaces GB/T 205-2008 "Chemical analysis methods for aluminate cement". Compared with GB/T 205-2008, except for the structural adjustment In addition to editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows. a) Added the determination of magnesium oxide---atomic absorption spectrophotometry (reference method) (see Chapter 15); b) “Determination of total sulfur” is changed to “Determination of total sulfur in aluminate cement” (see Chapter 17, Chapter 15 of the.2008 edition); c) Determination of silicon dioxide - The silicon dioxide determination device has been eliminated in the potassium fluorosilicate volumetric method (substitute method) (see Chapter 20, Chapter 18 of the.2008 edition); d) Determination of ferric oxide --- Bismuth nitrate back titration method (substitute method) The preparation of the sample solution has been deleted from the analytical procedure (see Section 21 Chapter 19 of the.2008 edition); e) Added the determination of chloride ions --- automatic potentiometric titration method (reference method) (see Chapter 24); f) Added the determination of sulfur trioxide in sulphoaluminate cement sulfate - barium sulfate weighing method (reference method) (see Chapter 25); g) Added the determination of total sulfur in aluminate cement - coulometric titration method (alternative method) (see Chapter 26); h) Added X-ray fluorescence analysis method (alternative method) (see Chapter 27); i) Added inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry for the determination of ferric oxide, magnesium oxide, titanium dioxide, potassium oxide, sodium oxide, Manganese oxide (substitute) (see Chapter 28). 3 Terms and definitions

There are no terms or definitions that require definition in this document.

4 Basic requirements for the test

4.1 Number and requirements of tests Each item is measured twice. The absolute difference between the two results is within the tolerance of the same laboratory (see Table 2). The average value of the results represents the measurement results. When conducting chemical analysis, it is recommended to conduct the determination of loss on ignition at the same time unless otherwise specified; blank tests should be conducted simultaneously for other determinations. test and calibrate the test results. 4.2 Expression of mass, volume, volume ratio, titer and results The mass is expressed in grams (g) with an accuracy of 0.0001g. The volume of the burette is expressed in milliliters (mL) with an accuracy of 0.01mL. Titer The unit is expressed in milligrams per milliliter (mg/mL); titers and volume ratios are rounded off to four significant figures. Unless otherwise specified, all analysis results are expressed in mass fractions. Chloride ion analysis results are retained to three decimal places. The analysis result is rounded to two decimal places. The rounding of numerical values shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 8170. 4.3 Blank test Unless otherwise specified, the same amount of reagents shall be used, no sample shall be added, and the test shall be carried out according to the same test steps. Make corrections.
