6.3 Test surface temperature
Equipment. contact thermometer with an accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
Test environment for 18 ℃ to 25 ℃.
Using (100 ± 5) kg Test was tested.
Press 60 (1 ± 10%) r/min speed training equipment operating, maintaining 20min.
Resistance should be set to the maximum or reduced to 60r/min, the sports equipment cycle can continue without interruption.
Record the temperature elliptical trainer accessible parts exceeds 65 ℃.
To the associated speed training equipment, the use of load, exercise frequency 100kg adjusted to produce 180 (1 ± 10%) W of the test machine
Mechanical power. See GB/T 18153.
6.4 inherent load test
A balanced position on the pedal, to exert the necessary static load F in accordance with Class H or Class S different requirements, continued 5min. This load
Must be (900-1) applied to the pedal force at the maximum (see FIG. 3) by a (900-1) mm × mm of the surface.
3 inherent load test
Remove load measuring equipment to check for damage or deformation.
On the other pedal measured once again.
Unless otherwise stated in the specification, test, training equipment chassis should not be fixed on the ground.
6.5 grip test
For stationary handle of the handle at the maximum force of 1000N vertical force is applied to maintain 5min.
Then in the same position, with a width of (80 ± 5) mm belt tension 500N is applied in a horizontal direction, maintaining
5min.
Activities grip test should be applied in a rated load their pedals on the same side, and in the event that the maximum grip force direction
Applying a force at 1000N load and keep 5min.
Then applied to the training and direction of 90 ° in the direction of maximum stress at 200N force to maintain 5min.
