GA/T 1030 "Code for Acceptance and Acceptance of Motor Vehicle Drivers in Examination Rooms" is divided into the following three parts.

Part 1. Driving Theory Test Room
1 Scope
This part of GA/T 1030 specifies the driving theory examination room (including the subject one exam and the subject three safe and civil driving common sense exam).
Acceptance of applications and organizations, acceptance projects and methods, acceptance conclusions, acceptance conclusions and other requirements.
This section applies to the acceptance of the newly-built and modified motor vehicle driver driving theory examination room.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

Use acceptance projectacceptance
Before the motor vehicle driver examination site and its facilities were used for the first time, the on-site compliance inspection organized by the traffic management department of the provincial public security organ was conducted.
4 Acceptance Application and Organization
4.1 Application Conditions
4.1.1 Owners
The owner of the examination room that applies for acceptance should meet the following conditions.
a) has legal personality;
b) The legal person owns the ownership or right to use the construction site for the examination site and complies with relevant national laws and regulations.
4.1.2 Examination equipment and facilities
The examination room for application acceptance shall have the following equipment and facilities.
a) The database safety of driving theory test system meets the requirements of GA/T 1028.1-2017;
b) The operating environment of the driving theory test system meets the requirements of GA/T 1028.2-2017;
c) The test venue meets the requirements of GA 1029-2017.
4.1.3 Management System
The examination room that applies for acceptance shall establish the following daily management system and record the management work account.
