Foreword
This standard replaces some of the contents of FZ/T 93007-1991 "Cylindrical Cans". The unsubstituted content relates to the main body of cylindrical cans.
The size, spring tray characteristics and markings are included in GB/T 19382-2003 "Textile Machinery and Accessories Cylindrical Cans". Cylindrical strip
The main dimensions of the cylinder and its markings are included in Part 1 of GB/T 19382. The characteristics of the spring tray and its markings are included in the second part of GB/T 19382.
In part, the structure of this national standard and its corresponding international standards are listed below.
GB/T 19382-2003 "Spinning cans for textile machinery and accessories"
--- Part 1. Main dimensions (ISO 93-1..1998, IDT);
--- Part 2. Spring tray (ISO 93-2.1999, IDT).
Compared with FZ/T 93007-1991, the main changes of this standard are as follows.
--- Deleted the type of upper and upper ring (3.5 version of the.1991 version);
--- Deleted the regulations on spherical casters, switched to needle-type casters, and specified the relevant dimensions (1991, 3.6, 4.4,
5.4; 3.6) of this edition;
--- Deleted the provisions on the caster frame (3.7 of the.1991 edition);
--- Added provisions for the material of the barrel, retainer, upper hoop, upper ring and bottom (see 3.3 to 3.5 of this edition);
--- Added the requirement to select the spring structure according to the inner diameter of the can (see 3.8 of this edition);
--- Revised the type inspection plan and the factory inspection plan of the inspection rules (Chapter 6 of the.1991 edition; Chapter 5 of this edition);
--- Revised the relevant content of the logo and packaging (Chapter 7 of the.1991 edition; Chapter 6 of this edition).
