Summary This standard specifies the rectifier and medium-sized hydro static excitation system and device test classification, pilot projects, the basic test methods and requirements. This standard applies to a unit capacity of 10MW and above medium and large hydro (hereinafter referred to as generator) stationary rectifier excitation system and device use and ordering requirements. Since rectifier excitation system is mainly based on the way the system self-shunt -based, otherwise actually rarely used. Therefore, this standard is mainly for self-shunt system to elaborate.
