Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces BB/T 0047-2007 "Air Spray".
The main technical changes in this standard compared with BB/T 0047-2007 are as follows.
--- Revised the scope of the content (see 1,.2007 version 1);
--- Revised the definition of aerosol paint (see 3.1, 3.1 of the.2007 edition);
--- Increased product classification (see 4);
--- Combined the quality requirements and packaging requirements of aerosol paint (see 5.2,.2007 editions 4.1 and 4.2);
--- Increased the quality requirements of metallic color aerosol paint (see 5.2);
--- Modified the description of the appearance of the paint film (see 5.2,.2007 version 4.1);
--- Revised the required indicators of surface dryness, gloss, adhesion, water resistance, and filling rate (see 5.2,.2007 and 4.1 and 4.2);
--- Increased heavy metal and benzene content limit requirements (see 5.3);
--- Revised the method of measuring gloss (see 6.4, 5.4 of.2007 edition);
--- Modified the cross-cut test as an adhesion test (see 6.6, 5.6 of the.2007 edition);
--- Modified the measurement method of filling rate (see 6.11, 5.11 of.2007 edition);
--- Increased test methods for heavy metals and benzene content (see 6.12 and 6.13);
--- Increased the type test for lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, benzene content (see 7.2.2.2);

1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of aerosol paint products.
This standard applies to the design, manufacture and transportation of solvent-based aerosol paint products with a nominal volume of not more than 1L.
