This Standard stipulates the determination for peel force of various flexible laminated plastics of plastic composite on plastic or other base materials (such as aluminum foil, paper, fabric).2 Principle
Perform a T-shaped peeling of the sample of a predetermined width at a constant speed; measure the average peel force of the composite layer and the base material.3 Test equipment
A tensile testing machine that is equipped with a graphic recording device, or other device that can meet the requirements of this test.4 Sample
4.1 Sample size Method A. width of 15.0 ± 0.1 mm, length of 200 mm. It is used in composite films and the like. 4.2 Sample preparation Remove both ends of the sample in the width direction by 50 mm; uniformly cut 5 longitudinal and 5 horizontal samples, respectively, along the width direction of the sample. The composite direction is longitudinal.5 State adjustment and test environment
The sample shall be placed in an environment where the temperature is 23 ± 2 °C and the relative humidity is 45% ~ 55% for more than 4 hours, and then be tested in the above environment.6 Test speed

Clamp both ends of the stripped part of the sample to the upper and lower fixtures of the testing machine, respectively, so that the longitudinal axis of the stripped part of the sample coincides with the center line of the upper and lower fixtures, and the tension is suitable.8 Test result expression
According to the shape of the curve that is obtained from the test (refer to the three typical curves in Figure 2), adopt a similar value method of them. Calculate the arithmetic mean value of each group of samples; take two significant digits; use Newton (N) as the unit.9 Test report
