State Bureau of Standard Table of Contents 1 Subject content... 3  2 Principle... 3  3 Test equipment... 3  4 Sample... 3  5 State adjustment and test environment... 4  6 Test speed... 4  7 Test procedure... 4  8 Test result expression... 5  9 Test report... 5  Additional information... 6  Test method for peel force of flexible laminated plastics 1 Subject content This Standard stipulates the determination for peel force of various flexible laminated plastics of plastic composite on plastic or other base materials (such as aluminum foil, paper, fabric). 2 Principle Perform a T-shaped peeling of the sample of a predetermined width at a constant speed; measure the average peel force of the composite layer and the base material. 3 Test equipment A tensile testing machine that is equipped with a graphic recording device, or other device that can meet the requirements of this test. 4 Sample 4.1 Sample size Method A. width of 15.0 ± 0.1 mm, length of 200 mm. It is used in composite films and the like. Method B. width of 30.0 ± 0.2 mm, length of 150 mm. It is used in artificial leather, woven composite bags and the like. 4.2 Sample preparation Remove both ends of the sample in the width direction by 50 mm; uniformly cut 5 longitudinal and 5 horizontal samples, respectively, along the width direction of the sample. The composite direction is longitudinal. Strip the composite layer and the base material in advance along the length direction of the sample by 50 mm; no obvious damage is allowed to the stripped part. If the sample is not easy to peel, immerse about 20 mm on one end of the sample in an appropriate solvent; after the solvent is completely volatilized, perform the test for peel force. If the composite layer cannot be separated from the base material after this treatment, the test cannot be carried out. ......
