Electromagnetic compatibility” and its Amendment 1.1997 and Amendment 2.1998); and revises GB/T 4365-1995 “Terminology for electromagnetic compatibility” (eqv IEC 60050(161).1990). A total of 30 entries are revised. This Standard has a total of 192 entries. According to the results of the consultation BETWEEN the High and New Technology Department of Standardization Administration of the PRC AND National Technical Committee 79 on Radio Jamming of Standardization Administration of China, for the treatment method in IEC 60050-713.1998 “International Electrotechnical Vocabulary (IEV) - Part 713.Radiocommunications. transmitters, receivers, networks and operation” (which has been identically converted to national standard GB/T 2900.54-2002) developed by IEC TC1 for the modified clauses of 17 terms of IEC 60050-161 “International Electrotechnical Vocabulary - Chapter 161.Electromagnetic compatibility”, the definition of the corresponding entry in GB/T 2900.54-2002 is adopted and added in the form of a note to the definition of the related term in this Standard. After IEC 60050-161 is modified, this Standard will be modified accordingly. This Standard, according to the requirements of GB/T 1.1-2000, makes a few editorial changes. The term number is consistent with IEC 60050(161).1990. Appendix A and Appendix B of this Standard are informative appendices. This Standard, from the date of implementation, replaces GB/T 4365-1995 “Terminology for electromagnetic compatibility”. This Standard was proposed by National Technical Committee 79 on Radio Jamming of Standardization Administration of China. This Standard shall be under the jurisdiction of National Technical Committee 79 on Radio Jamming of Standardization Administration of China and China National Technical Committee for Electrotechnical Terminology Standardization. This Standard applies to the preparation of various standards and other technical literature on electromagnetic compatibility.2 Terminology for electromagnetic compatibility2.1 Basic concepts 161-01-01 electromagnetic environment The totality of electromagnetic phenomena existing at a given location. Note. In general, the electromagnetic environment is time dependent and its description may need a statistical approach. 161-01-02 electromagnetic noise A time-varying electromagnetic phenomenon apparently not conveying information and which may be superimposed on or combined with a wanted signal. 161-01-03 unwanted signal; undesired signal A signal that may impair the reception of a wanted signal. 161-01-04 interfering signal A signal that impairs the reception of a wanted signal. 161-01-05 electromagnetic disturbance ......Source: Above contents are excerpted from the full-copy PDF -- translated/reviewed by: www.ChineseStandard.net / Wayne Zheng et al. |
