The marking example is as follows. 3.2 Chemical composition The chemical composition of HSn88-1 sheets shall comply with the provisions of Table 2, the chemical composition of sheets of other designations shall comply with the provisions for the corresponding designations in GB/T 5231. 3.3 Dimension and its allowable deviation The dimension and its allowable deviation of sheets shall comply with the corresponding provisions in GB/T 17793.4 Test method4.1 Chemical composition The analysis method for the chemical composition of sheets shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5121 (all parts) or YS/T 482 or YS/T 483, and the arbitration shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 5121 (all parts). 4.3 Mechanical properties The tensile test method for sheets shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 228.1-2010. The tensile test samples shall comply with the P02 sample number in Table B.1 of Annex B, as well as the P09 sample number in Table D.2 of Annex D, GB/T 228.1- Designation Resistivity ρ (20°C ± 1°C)/(Ω • mm2/m) 4.4 Bend test The bend test method for sheets shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 232. 4.5 Grain size The grain size test method for sheets shall comply with the provisions of YS/T 347. 4.6 Electrical properties 4.6.1 The resistivity test method for sheets shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 4.7 Surface quality The surface quality of sheets shall be inspected visually.5 Inspection rules5.1 Inspection and acceptance 5.1.1 The sheets shall be inspected by the technical supervision department of the supply party, to ensure that the product quality comply with the provisions of this Standard (or the order contract); the quality certificate shall be filled. 5.2 Batching The sheets shall be submitted for acceptance in batches, AND each batch shall be composed of the same designation, state and specification. The weight of each batch shall generally be not more than 4 500 kg (if the batch is from same melting, then the batch weight may be not more than 8 000 kg). 5.3 Inspection items 5.3.1 Each batch of sheets shall be subject to the inspection of chemical composition, dimension and allowable deviation and surface quality. 5.4 Sampling The sampling of the product shall comply with the provisions of Table 7.The sampling method shall comply with the provisions of YS/T 668; the sample for mechanical properties and process performance shall be prepared according to the provisions of YS/T 815. 5.5 Determination of test results 5.5.1 When the chemical composition test results are not qualified, then the whole batch is determined as disqualified. 5.5.2 When the dimensions and surface quality are not qualified, then the corresponding sheet is determined as disqualified. 5.5.3 When the test results of mechanical properties, bend test, grain size and electrical properties are not qualified, it shall, from this batch (including the sheet that is determined disqualified), re-take double quantities of samples to conduct repeated test for the corresponding disqualified item.6 Marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificateThe markings, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates of the sheets shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 8888.7 Order (or contract) contentThe order (or contract) for ordering the products listed in this Standard shall include the following information. ......Source: Above contents are excerpted from the full-copy PDF -- translated/reviewed by: www.ChineseStandard.net / Wayne Zheng et al.
