Packing of solid chemical fertilizers1 ScopeThis Standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marks, transport and storage for packing materials of solid chemical fertilizers as well as packages. When the inspection is determined as unqualified according to the “qualified quality level”, it shall be carried out according to “one strict inspection”. When the strict inspection is still unqualified, the batch of fertilizer package shall be unqualified packing. 6.2 The test of the strength of the upper seam shall be performed at least once a month. Extract samples from the batches determined as qualified by 6.1 inspection. The sampling and qualification determination are same as 6.1. 6.3 The drop test of fertilizer package shall be carried out at least once every month. Extract three packages from the batches determined as qualified by 6.2 inspection according to the random sampling rules. If a package is determined to be unqualified by inspection, the batch of fertilizer package shall be determined to be unqualified packing.7 MarksThe fertilizer package shall be marked according to the nature of the materials contained in accordance with GB 18382.8 Transport and storage8.1 The transport tools for fertilizer packing materials shall be clean, flat, and free of sharp objects to avoid piercing the package. 8.2 The fertilizer package shall be stored in a warehouse that is flat, cool, ventilated and dry. Do not allow open storage so as to prevent sun and rain. The storage of products with special requirements shall comply with the corresponding product standards.
