This Standard replaces GB 7098-2003 Hygienic Standard for Canned Edible Fungi, GB 11671-2003 Hygienic Standard for Canned Fruits and Vegetables, GB 13100-2005 Hygienic Standard for Canned Meat and GB 14939-2005 Hygienic Standard for Canned Fish. Compared with the replaced standards, the main changes of this Standard are as follows. -- it changes the name of the standard into “National Food Safety Standard – Canned food”; -- it modifies the Application Scope; -- it modifies the Terms and Definitions; -- it modifies the Sensory Inspection Method; -- it modifies the Physicochemical Indexes; and -- it cancels the residue limits for pesticides. ......
