Foreword

This standard replaces GB 7098-2003 "canned mushroom hygiene standards", GB 11671-2003 "fruit, vegetables, canned health standards" GB 13100-2005 "canned meat hygiene standards" and GB 14939-2005 "Canned fish health standards." 1 Scope

This standard applies to canned food. This standard does not apply to infants and young children canned food supplements.

2 Terms and definitions
