1 Scope
This document specifies the overall requirements, system architecture, normal operation, and operation of flywheel energy storage systems for power energy storage (hereinafter referred to as "flywheel energy storage systems").
The operating environment conditions, system functional requirements, system performance requirements and technical requirements of the flywheel energy storage auxiliary system are described, and the system test methods are described.
This document is applicable to the on-site test, inspection, operation and maintenance of flywheel energy storage systems with a rated discharge power of.200 kW and above and connected to the AC grid.
