1 Scope

This document specifies the requirements for the allocation, application, maintenance, storage, and disposal of emergency supplies for electrochemical energy storage power stations. This document is applicable to lithium-ion batteries, flow batteries, lead-acid (carbon) batteries, sodium-ion batteries, water electrolysis hydrogen production/fuel cells and other types of batteries.
