1 Scope
This document specifies the requirements for the allocation, application, maintenance, storage, and disposal of emergency supplies for electrochemical energy storage power stations.
This document is applicable to lithium-ion batteries, flow batteries, lead-acid (carbon) batteries, sodium-ion batteries, water electrolysis hydrogen production/fuel cells and other types of batteries.

4 General Requirements
4.1 Electrochemical energy storage power stations shall manage the entire process of emergency material deployment, application, maintenance, storage and disposal.
4.2 Electrochemical energy storage power stations should formulate emergency material management systems and clarify the inspection and maintenance requirements of emergency materials.
4.3 Electrochemical energy storage power stations should complete the allocation of emergency supplies before commissioning, and adjust the allocation of emergency supplies in a timely manner according to changes in actual emergency needs.
