Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1:1-2009:
This standard replaces GB/T 14817-2008 "Permanent Magnet DC Servo Motor General Technical Conditions", GB/T 14818-2008 "Wire Wound
General Technical Requirements for Disc DC Servo Motors, GB/T 14819-2008 General Technical Requirements for Electromagnetic DC Servo Motors, and
Compared with GB/T 14817-2008, GB/T 14818-2008, and GB/T 14819-2008, the main technical changes are as follows:
---Modified the model naming (see 3:2 and Appendix A, GB/T 14817-2008, GB/T 14819-2008 Appendix A and
Appendix B of GB/T 14818-2008);
---Integrated the wiring mark and rotation direction test, and increased the recommended wiring method (see 4:3:1, GB/T 14817-2008,
GB/T 14819-2008 4:3 and GB/T 14818-2008 4:2);
---Integrated the basic appearance structure and installation type (see 3:3, GB/T 14817-2008, GB/T 14818-2008 in 3:3 and
3:2 of GB/T 14819-2008);
---The axial clearance value and the recommended value of the applied force during the test have been increased (see 4:6);
---The recommended value of radial runout of the shaft extension has been increased (see 4:7);
---The recommended value of the verticality of the installation mating end face has been increased (see 4:9);
---The insulation resistance value after the damp heat test is modified to be no less than 0:5MΩ (see 4:11, GB/T 14817-2008, GB/T 14819-

---The electrical time constant and mechanical time constant tests are deleted, and the requirements and tests for the electromechanical time constant are added (see
