1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, structure and basic dimensions, marking, technical requirements,
Test methods, inspection rules and packaging, transportation and storage.
This standard applies to the design, manufacture, and acceptance of pipeline shore connections with a design pressure of 1.6 MPa in the central header area of tankers.

3 Classification, structure and basic size, marking
3.1 Classification
The shore connection is divided into two structural types according to the purpose.
a) Type A --- suitable for cargo oil and fuel oil systems;
b) Type B --- suitable for oil and gas recovery system.
3.2 Structure and basic dimensions
3.2.1 The structure and basic dimensions of the A-type shore connection are as specified in Figure 1 and Table 1.
3.2.2 The structure and basic dimensions of the B-type shore connection are as specified in Figure 2 and Table 2.
