Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".
Drafting.
This document replaces GB/T 30216-2013 "Vehicle-Mounted Drilling Rigs". Compared with GB/T 30216-2013, the main differences are structural adjustments and editorial changes.
Aside from the changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
---Technical descriptions for the four drive types have been removed (see section 4.1 of the.2013 edition);
---Two drive types have been removed, and a second feature for model designation has been added (see 4.2,.2013 version 4.2);
---The ZJ50/3150 truck-mounted drilling rig class has been added, and some parameters and footnotes have been changed (see Table 1, Table 1 in the.2013 version);
---The general requirements for steel welded parts, cast iron parts, carbon steel and low alloy steel castings, forgings, and machined parts have been changed, and the overall requirements have been modified.
General requirements for assembly, painting, and packaging (see 6.1.3~6.1.9, 9.2.1, 5.1.3~5.1.7, 5.2.29, 5.2.30 of the.2013 edition).

---Increased requirements for overall vehicle dimensions and weight; modified overall vehicle and major assemblies, safety devices, components and systems, environmental protection, etc.
The requirements have been revised, changing the basic vehicle requirements (see 6.2, 5.2 in the.2013 version);
---The scope of the main lifting equipment in the mobile system has been changed (see 6.3.1.1, 5.3.1 in the.2013 version);
---Added technical requirements for the top drive unit (see 6.3.1.2);
---The position requirements for the derrick telescopic cylinder centralizer have been changed, the coaxiality error of the telescopic cylinder piston rod center has been removed, and a telescopic type has been added.
Requirements for anti-slip device configuration of derricks (see 6.3.2, 5.3.2 of the.2013 edition);
---The technical requirements for turntables, turntable inserts, turntable slips, water hoses, safety slips, type B lifting clamps, and power clamps have been deleted (see.2013).

---The filtration accuracy of the hydraulic system's return oil filter has been changed, the piping requirements for the lifting cylinder and telescopic cylinder have been increased, and the drilling rig has been modified.
During operation, the surface protection requirements for the cylinder rods of the lifting cylinder, telescopic cylinder, and outrigger cylinder have been modified, and the rated operating conditions of the hydraulic system have been changed.
Pressure (see 6.3.3, 5.3.4 in the.2013 edition);
---The requirement for heating and insulation measures for drilling fluid circulation manifolds at low temperatures has been removed (see section 5.3.5.2 of the.2013 version);
---The filtration accuracy and rated operating pressure requirements for the pneumatic system have been changed (see 6.3.5.2, 6.3.5.4, and 5.3.6.2 in the.2013 version).

---The classification requirements for the selection and installation sites of electrical equipment have been changed, the requirement for installing night work lights and contour indicator lights has been removed, and new requirements have been added.
The operating voltage requirements for work lighting systems have been added, and the requirements for equipping harmonic suppression devices have been increased (see 6.3.6,.2013 version).

---The installation requirements for the operating handle and brake lever (brake lever) have been changed (see 6.3.7.1, 5.3.8.1 in the.2013 version);
---The precision requirements for cylindrical and bevel gears have been removed, the temperature requirements for continuous gearbox operation have been changed, and the gearbox has been updated.
The requirements for gear position display and gear position locking are as follows (see 6.3.9.1, 6.3.9.4, and 5.3.10.1, 5.3.10.2, and 5.3.10.5 in the.2013 version);
---The requirements for chain oil bath lubrication and splash lubrication have been changed; the requirements for chain boxes and roller chain couplings have been removed.

---The installation and testing requirements for the entire vehicle and major assemblies, safety protection devices, and related operational safety have been revised (see 7.2.1,.2013 version).
Articles 6.2.1 to 6.2.25 have been amended to include requirements for vehicle off-line testing (see 7.2.2), and the requirements for type testing and factory inspection have been revised.
Process requirements (see 7.2.3, 6.2.26 and 6.2.27 of the.2013 edition);
---Added conditions for conducting type testing (see 8.1);
---The inspection items for type testing and factory inspection have been changed (see 8.3, 7.3 in the.2013 version);
---The sampling method and judgment rules for type testing have been changed (see 8.4, 8.5, and 7.4 and 7.5 in the.2013 edition);
---The requirements for vehicle body markings have been changed, and the content of product nameplates has been modified (see 9.1, 8.1 in the.2013 version);
---The transportation requirements for the derrick have been changed (see 9.2.2, version 8.2.2 of.2013);
---The requirements for the factory documentation have been changed (see 9.3, 8.2.4 of the.2013 version);
---The storage requirements for drilling rigs have been changed (see 9.5, 8.4 in the.2013 edition).

1 Scope
This document specifies the form, model designation method, basic parameters, technical requirements, inspection rules, and standards for mobile drilling rigs used in the oil and gas industry.
The document covers the labeling, packaging, factory documentation, transportation, and storage, and describes the corresponding test methods.
This document applies to the design, manufacture, and inspection of truck-mounted drilling rigs in the oil and gas industry.
This document does not apply to vehicle-mounted drilling rigs used for seismic geophysical exploration.
