This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
This standard replaces GB/T 20881-2007 "Isomaltooligosaccharide."
This standard compared with GB/T 20881-2007, the main technical changes are as follows.
--- Normative references have been adjusted;
--- Modified oligomeric isomaltose definition;
--- Modify the sensory requirements and test methods;
--- Physical and chemical indicators in the "transmittance" was revised to "light transmittance";
--- Adjust the IMO content (accounting for dry matter), dry matter (solid) test methods;
--- Remove the factory inspection items in the solubility test requirements.
