4 principles
The caffeine in the suspected drug (see Appendix A for compound information) was extracted: Detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
The characteristic ions and ion abundance ratio of mass spectrometry were used as the basis for qualitative judgment; gas chromatography was used for detection, and the chromatographic peak area was used as the quantitative basis:
Quantitative analysis was carried out by external standard single point method or internal standard standard curve method:
5 Reagents and Materials
5:1 Reagents
The reagents used in the analysis are analytically pure, and the reagents include:
a) Methanol;
b) Internal standard: propyl spasmolyticin (SKF525A) (purity not less than 95%);
c) anhydrous sodium sulfate;
d) Standard solution:
1) Standard substance stock solution: Weigh an appropriate amount of caffeine standard substance, and prepare 1:0 mg/mL caffeine standard substance with methanol
Quality stock solution, stored frozen below -18°C, valid for 12 months;
2) The standard working solution is divided into the following five categories according to the test requirements:
---Standard working solution for qualitative use: pipette an appropriate amount of caffeine standard substance stock solution, dilute with methanol, and prepare
