1 Scope

This document describes 5-methoxy-N,N-diisopropyltryptamine (5-MeO-DiPT) and N-methyl- Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) qualitative detection method and liquid chromatography (LC) quantification of N-isopropyl-5-methoxytryptamine (5-MeO-MiPT) Testing method. 4 Principles

Extract 5-MeO-DiPT and 5-MeO-MiPT from suspected drugs (see Appendix A for compound information). Using liquid chromatography-mass Spectral detection is based on retention time, mass spectrum characteristic ion pairs and ion pair abundance ratios as the basis for qualitative judgment; liquid chromatography is used for detection, using color The peak area of the spectrum was used as the basis for quantitative analysis, and the external standard single point method or the external standard standard curve method was used for quantitative analysis.

5 Reagents and materials

5.1 Reagents The experimental water should comply with the first-class water specified in GB/T 6682.The reagents used in the analysis were all chromatographically pure. Includes the following reagents. a) Acetonitrile. b) methanol. c) Formic acid-ammonium acetate buffer (take the preparation of 1000mL as an example).
