4 principles
The buprenorphine in the suspected drug (see Appendix A for compound information) was extracted: detected by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry
The characteristic ion pairs and ion pair abundance ratios of mass spectrometry were used as the basis for qualitative judgment; liquid chromatography was used for detection, and the chromatographic peak area (or peak area
Ratio) as the basis for quantitative analysis, using external standard single point method, internal standard single point method, external standard standard curve method or internal standard standard curve method for quantitative analysis:
5 Reagents and materials
5:1 Reagents
The experimental water should meet the first-class water specified in GB/T 6682: Unless otherwise stated, all reagents used in the analysis were chromatographically pure:
Reagents include:
a) Methanol;
b) acetonitrile;
c) 5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution containing 0:1% formic acid (take the preparation of 1000mL as an example): measure 1:0mL formic acid, weigh 0:385g
Ammonium acetate, dissolved in water and adjusted to 1000mL, mixed evenly, filtered, and left to stand after ultrasonication;
d) Phosphate-triethylamine buffer solution (take the preparation of 1000mL as an example): measure 4:12mL concentrated phosphoric acid, 5:56mL triethylamine, dissolve in water
Solution and dilute to 1000mL, mix evenly, filter, and stand for use after ultrasonication;
