4 principles
Buprenorphine (see Appendix A for compound information) in suspected drug solid samples was extracted: detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,
The qualitative judgment is based on retention time, characteristic ion of mass spectrum and ion abundance ratio; gas chromatography is used for detection, and chromatographic peak area (or peak
Area ratio) as the basis for quantification, using external standard single point method, external standard standard curve method, internal standard single point method or internal standard standard curve method for quantification

5 Reagents and materials
5:1 Reagents
The experimental water should meet the third-grade water specified in GB/T 6682: The reagents used in the analysis are analytically pure, and the reagents include:
a) Methanol;
b) Standard solution:
1) Standard substance stock solution: buprenorphine standard substance stock solution;
2) Internal standard stock solution: Weigh 10 mg of internal standard propyl spasmolyticin (SKF525A), and prepare 1:0 mg/mL internal standard stock solution with methanol:
Prepare liquid, refrigerated storage at 0℃~4℃, valid for 12 months;
