4 principles
Phencyclidine (see Appendix A for compound information) in suspected drug solid samples was extracted: Liquid Chromatography - Triple Quadrupole
Mass spectrometry detection, based on retention time, mass spectrometry characteristic ion pair and ion pair abundance ratio as the basis for qualitative judgment; or use liquid chromatography-high resolution
For mass spectrometry detection, the retention time and characteristic ions of mass spectrum are used as the basis for qualitative judgment; for liquid chromatography detection, the chromatographic peak area (or peak
Area ratio) as the basis for quantification, using external standard single point method, external standard standard curve method, internal standard single point method or internal standard standard curve method for quantification

5:1 Reagents
The experimental water should meet the first-class water specified in GB/T 6682: Unless otherwise stated, all reagents used in the analysis were chromatographically pure:
Reagents include:
a) Methanol;
b) 5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution containing 0:1% formic acid (take the preparation of 1000mL as an example): weigh 385mg ammonium acetate, dissolve in water
solution, add 1:0mL formic acid, dilute to 1000mL with water, and use it with ultrasound;
c) Extraction solvent (taking the preparation of 1000mL as an example): Measure 800mL of 5mmol/L ammonium acetate solution containing 0:1% formic acid and
