Forensic Science Tests Phencyclidine in Suspected Drugs
Gas Chromatography and Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
1 Scope
This document describes a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for qualitative testing of phencyclidine in solid samples of suspected narcotics in the field of forensic science.
method and gas chromatography (GC) quantitative testing method.
This document is applicable to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of phencyclidine in solid samples of suspected drugs in the field of forensic science. Other in vitro testing materials

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GA/T 122 apply to this document.
4 Principles
Extract phencyclidine from the solid sample of suspected drugs (see Appendix A for basic information on the compound). using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry
For detection, the retention time, mass spectrum characteristic ions and ion abundance ratio are used as the basis for qualitative judgment; for gas chromatography detection, the chromatographic peak area is used as the basis for qualitative judgment.
(or peak area ratio) as the quantitative basis, use the external standard single point method, external standard standard curve method, internal standard single point method or internal standard standard curve method for determination.
Quantitative analysis.
5 Reagents and materials
5.1 Reagents
The experimental water should comply with the third-grade water specified in GB/T 6682.Unless otherwise stated, reagents used in the analysis are analytical
Pure, reagents include methanol and standard solutions.
a) Methanol.
b) Standard solution.
1) Standard material stock solution. Phencyclidine standard material stock solution.
2) Internal standard stock solution. Weigh 10 mg of the internal standard propyl spasmolyticin (SKF525A) and prepare it with methanol to 1.0 mg/mL.
