Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces FZ/T 95005-1994 "Stainless steel guide roller flat washing tank", and the main technical changes compared with FZ/T 95005-1994 as follows. --- Modified the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the.1994 edition); --- Modified normative references (see Chapter 2, Chapter 2 of the.1994 edition); --- Added classification (see 3.1); --- Modified the parameters (see 3.2, Table 1 of the.1994 edition); --- Removed the relevant requirements of stainless steel cloth guide roller (see.1994 edition 4.1, 4.2, 4.3); --- Added stainless steel cloth guide roller should meet the requirements of GB/T 22801 (see 4.1); --- Increased the requirement that the stainless steel cloth guide roller should rotate flexibly and the fabric does not deviate (see 4.2); --- Modified the parallelism requirement between adjacent cloth guide rollers (see 4.4, 4.7 of.1994 edition); --- Increased the average leakage of the mechanical sealing part of the guide roller (see 4.5); --- Modified the requirements for the materials used in the tank (see 4.6, 4.4 in.1994); --- Added the requirement for the lid of the flat sink with lid (see 4.8); --- Increased requirements for temperature control accuracy and test methods (see 4.9, 5.1.6); --- Added the requirement for the whole machine to take safety protection measures (see 4.10); --- Increased requirements for product coating (see 4.11). 1 Scope

This standard specifies the classification and parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and Storage.
