This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces FZ/T 95013-2011 "Flat Screen Printing Machine". Compared with FZ/T 95013-2011, the main technical changes are as follows. ---Modified the parameters (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2011 edition); ---Modified the accuracy of the alignment (see 4.2.1, 4.2.1 of the.2011 edition); ---Modified the constant load elongation rate of the servo motor drive belt (see 4.2.4.2, 4.2.4.2 of the.2011 edition); ---Modified the thickness and thickness tolerance of the printing belt (see 4.2.4.3.1, 4.2.4.3.1 of the.2011 edition); ---Increase the perimeter difference between the two sides of the width direction of the printing belt (see 4.2.4.3.3); ---Added the requirements for the washing of the printing belt (see 4.2.4.7); ---Modified the temperature difference between the left, center and right in the drying room (see 4.3.3, 4.3.3 of the.2011 edition); --- Deleted the hydraulic and propulsion systems (see 4.6 in the.2011 edition); --- Deleted the electrostatic discharge immunity test of electrical equipment and the immunity test of voltage sag, short-term interruption and voltage change (see 2011 version 4.7.2, 4.7.3); ---Modified the sampling method of the elongation change rate of the guide belt at a constant load (see 5.1.4, 5.1.4 of the.2011 edition); --- Modified the factory inspection (see 6.2, 6.2 of the.2011 edition). 1 Scope

This standard specifies the parameters, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging, transportation and storage of flat screen printing machines. This standard applies to flat screen printing machines for printing woven, knitted and non-woven cotton, wool, linen, silk, chemical fiber and their blended fabrics.
