1 Scope
YS/T in this part 928 specifies the method for determination of nickel, cobalt, manganese hydroxides of the three elements of sulfate ion content.
This section applies to the determination of sulfate ion content of nickel, cobalt, manganese hydroxides of three elements. Measuring range. 0.10% to 2.00%.
2 Method summary
The sample is dissolved in hydrochloric acid, volatile remove excess hydrochloric acid cation exchange resin column to remove metal ions, ion chromatography wherein
Sulfate. Retention time qualitative and quantitative methods to work curve.
3 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis using only recognized as analytical reagents and resistivity of not less than 18.2MΩ · cm of water.
3.1 sodium carbonate, pure class distinctions.
3.2 sodium bicarbonate, pure class distinctions.
3.3 potassium, pure class distinctions.
3.4 hydrochloric acid (ρ = 1.19g/mL), pure class distinctions.
3.5 hydrogen peroxide.
3.6 hydrochloride (19).
3.7 sodium carbonate solution (0.35mol/L). Weigh 37.1g of sodium carbonate (3.1) (105 ℃ drying 2h) was dissolved in 1000mL of water.
3.8 sodium bicarbonate solution (0.25mol/L). Weigh 21.0g of sodium bicarbonate (3.2) (105 ℃ drying 2h) was dissolved in 1000mL of water.
3.9 mixed solution of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate. sodium carbonate solution each 10mL pipette (3.7) and sodium bicarbonate solution (3.8) to 1000mL
