1 Scope
YS/T 746 This section specifies the determination method based solder lead-free solder of bismuth content.
This section applies to the determination of lead-free tin-based solders in the bismuth content. Measurement range. 0.0050% to 5.00%.
2 Method summary
Samples with hydrochloric acid - hydrogen peroxide dissolved in the presence of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid - low hydrobromide exclude tin, antimony, in an acidic medium, in the atom
Absorption Spectrometer at a wavelength of 223.1nm, with flame atomization, air - acetylene flame measured absorbance.
3 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated in the analysis using only recognized as analytical grade reagents and distilled or deionized water or equivalent purity.
3.1 hydrochloride (ρ1.19g/mL).
Nitrate 3.2 (ρ1.42g/mL).
3.3 nitric acid (11).
3.4 mixed acid. 300mL of hydrochloric acid (3.1) and 100mL nitric acid (3.2) and mixed.
3.5 sulfate (ρ1.84g/mL).
3.6 sulfate (11).
3.7 hydrobromide (ρ1.49g/mL).
3.8 hydrobromide (11).
HCl 3.9 - hydrobromic acid (11).
3.10 Hydrogen peroxide (30%).
3.11 isopropyl ether (CP).
3.12 Bismuth standard stock solution. Weigh 1.0000g of bismuth (≥99.99%) in 250mL beaker, add 50mL of nitric acid (3.3), cover
