Methods for chemical analysis of blister copper
Part 4. lead, bismuth, antimony contents -
Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
1 Scope
YS/T 521 This part specifies the blister copper lead, bismuth, antimony content determination.
This section applies to crude copper lead, bismuth, antimony contents. Measurement range. mass fraction of lead from 0.05% to 0.60%; partial mass bismuth
Number of 0.008% to 0.15%; mass fraction of 0.02% antimony and 0.60%.
2 Method summary
Sample with nitric acid dissolved in ammonia solution to ferric hydroxide and lanthanum hydroxide as carrier and enrichment of lead, bismuth, antimony, and separated from the copper. In rare
Hydrochloric acid medium, with air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometer, wavelength listed in Table 1 by measuring the absorbance of each element.
