High purity arsenic
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification and marking, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, product identification, packaging, transportation and storage of high-purity arsenic.
This standard applies to industrial arsenic as raw material, the purity of which is not less than or equal to
99.999%, 99.9999%, 99.99999% high-purity arsenic. The products are mainly used in the manufacture of III-V compound semiconductors such as gallium arsenide, external
source and semiconductor dopants.

3.4 Net weight and tolerance
The product is packaged in three specifications of net weight. 1000g/bottle, 1500g/bottle, and 3000g/bottle, and the allowable difference in net weight of each bottle is ±1g.
3.5 Appearance
Irregular block, the crystal is gray metallic luster, the surface has no visible black, white covering or other mechanical inclusions.
3.6 Others
The content of sulfur and selenium of As-06 and As-07 grades is guaranteed by the process and does not affect the use.
If the buyer has special requirements, it will be agreed by both parties.
4 Test methods
4.1 Chemical composition
Determination of 14 impurities such as magnesium, chromium, nickel, copper, zinc, antimony, lead, bismuth, sodium, potassium, aluminum, silver, calcium, iron, etc. in high-purity arsenic according to YS/T 34.1-
2011 regulations.
The determination of selenium impurity content in high-purity arsenic is carried out according to the provisions of YS/T 34.2-2011.
The determination of sulfur impurity content in high-purity arsenic is carried out according to the provisions of YS/T 34.3-2011.
4.2 Dimensions
Sieve with 2mm and 20mm round hole sieves.

5 Inspection Rules
5.1 Inspection and acceptance
5.1.1 The product shall be inspected by the supplier's technical supervision department to ensure that the product quality conforms to the provisions of this standard, and a quality certificate shall be filled out.
5.1.2 The purchaser shall re-inspect the received products according to the provisions of this standard. If the re-inspection results do not conform to the requirements of this standard, the
The product shall be submitted to the supplier within one month from the date of the product, and shall be resolved through negotiation between the supplier and the buyer. Arbitration analysis is carried out according to the method agreed by both parties.
5.2 Inspection items
5.2.1 Each batch of products shall be inspected for chemical composition and appearance quality.
5.2.2 The inspection items include 4.1~4.4.4.1 is batch-by-batch inspection, and 4.2, 4.3 and 4.4 are bottle-by-bottle inspection.
5.3 Batch
Products should be submitted in batches for acceptance. Each batch should consist of products of the same production method, the same brand and the same specification. usually in each
One batch of products produced by hydrogen reduction of arsenic trichloride in the still.
5.4 Sampling
100g samples were randomly collected from each batch of products, and 20g samples were obtained by crushing, grinding and shrinking. One sample for each test
sample, two test samples. Sampling operations should be performed in a Class 1000 (Class 6) clean room.
5.5 Judgment of inspection results
5.5.1 If the chemical composition test results of the samples submitted for inspection are consistent with the provisions of this standard, the batch of products is judged to be qualified.
5.5.2 If the chemical composition of the sample fails to pass the inspection, the auxiliary sample for inspection shall be inspected according to the method specified in 4.1.If both duplicate samples are tested
Qualified, it is judged that the batch of products is qualified. Otherwise, the batch of products is judged to be unqualified.
