This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.
Instead of the standard YS/T 13-2007 "high-purity germanium tetrachloride."
Compared with this standard YS/T 13-2007, the main changes are as follows.
--- Zn GeCl4-08 the grade increases, Pb, As, Mg, In, Al impurity content request;
--- Infrared absorption peak transmittance to impurity absorption infrared transmittance and increases the impurity absorption infrared transmittance defined;
--- Increased infrared transmittance requirements 5 impurity absorption peak position;
--- Increased radioactivity requirements and test methods;
--- Increasing the sampling Table 3.
