1 Scope
This standard specifies the sodium, magnesium, aluminum, chromium, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, selenium, silver, tin, lead, bismuth determination of the amount of high-purity tellurium.
This standard applies to sodium, magnesium, aluminum, chromium, iron, nickel, copper, zinc, selenium, silver, tin, lead, bismuth contents in high purity tellurium. Measuring range:

2 Method summary

3 Reagents

3.5 Mixed Standard Solution A: accurate Pipette 1.00mLNa respectively, Mg, Al, Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Se, Ag, Sn, Pb, Bi standard
Stock solution (3.4), has joined into a 1mL of nitric acid (3.1), 10mL water 100mL flask, each adding a standard storage

3.6 mixed standard solution B: accurate Pipette 1.00mL mixed standard solution A (3.5), placed in 100mL flask, with nitric acid (3.3) dilute
Diluted to volume, and mix. 1mL solution containing Na, Mg, Al, Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, Zn, Se, Ag, Sn, Pb, Bi each 100ng.
3.7 Internal standard solution A: accurate Pipette respectively 1.00mLSc, Rh, Lu standard stock solution (3.4), placed in a nitric acid has been added 1mL
(3.1), 10mL water 100mL flask, each adding a standard stock solution were slightly shaken, dilute to the mark with nitric acid (3.3),
Mix well. This solution 1mL containing Sc, Rh, Lu each 10μg.
3.8 Internal standard solution B: accurate Pipette 2.00mLSc, Rh, Lu standard solution A (3.7), placed in 100mL flask, with nitric acid (3.3)
Dilute to volume, and mix. This solution 1mL containing Sc, Rh, Lu each 200ng.
3.9 Argon: purity ≥99.996%.
3.10 Helium: purity ≥99.999%.
