Summary This standard specifies the definition, classification, technical requirements, structural requirements, environmental adaptability requirements, test methods, inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage of outdoor communication power supply systems. This document is applicable to communication power supply systems placed in outdoor fixed locations with an output power greater than 6kW, consisting of 48V DC power supply or AC uninterruptible power supply (UPS), batteries, power distribution devices, temperature control devices and cabinets. It is not applicable to outdoor diesel generator sets, mobile power supply systems on vehicles and ships, and power supply systems that generate electricity using natural environmental energy.
