The sample is extracted with n-hexane containing the internal standard phthalates, gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, internal standard.
4 Reagents

4.1 Reagents
4.1.1 n-hexane.
4.1.2 Phthalates. Purity ≥98%, see Appendix A.
4.1.3 benzyl benzoate (internal standard). purity ≥98%.

Preparation of benzyl benzoate (internal standard) concentration of approximately 100mg/L of n-hexane solution (4.1.1).
4.3 standard solution
4.3.1 standard stock solution. Weigh accurately were various phthalates standards (accurate to 0.1mg), (4.1.1) formulated with n-hexane

5 Materials and equipment
The test should all use glassware, glassware after being washed with a water rinsed three times with acetone soak 1h, room temperature and evaporated to dryness
